DOI (Digital Object Identifier)

The NACC Data Freeze is a formally versioned quarterly snapshot of the NACC research database that is prepared for standardized reporting, analysis, and external data sharing. The Quick Access Files are generated from the data freeze and contain participant-level data, including clinical assessments, diagnoses, cognitive testing, imaging, and neuropathology. 

To reference the NACC Data Freeze files used in your analysis, including the DOI, see the link to the appropriate data freeze below. DOIs are only available for Freeze 73 (March 2026) and later.
