Move from Data Access to Discovery

The National Alzheimer’s Coordinating Center (NACC) provides one of the most comprehensive longitudinal datasets available for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (AD/ADRD). Through a collaboration with the Alzheimer's Disease Data Initiative, researchers can now analyze NACC data within AD Workbench, a secure, cloud-based data sharing and analytics environment with access to the Global Research and Imaging Platform's (GRIP's) modular workflows and analytics tools. This integration enables investigators to move seamlessly from data access to advanced analysis, accelerating discovery across the ADRD research community.

Why Analyze NACC Data in AD Workbench?

Modern Alzheimer’s research increasingly requires integrating multiple types of data, including: clinical and cognitive assessments, neuroimaging data, biomarkers, genetic information, and longitudinal outcomes

Analyzing these complex datasets often requires advanced computational resources and secure environments for controlled-access data.

AD Workbench provides a cloud-based platform where researchers can analyze NACC data using modern data science tools in a secure and collaborative environment.
