Collect and Submit NACC Data
An essential part of the mission of the National Alzheimer’s Coordinating Center (NACC) is setting the standard for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia data collection. In collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Disease Research Centers’ (ADRC) Clinical Task Force, NACC has created a set of longitudinal neurocognitive and clinical phenotypic data collection forms. These forms make up the Uniform Data Set (UDS) that has been the standard for data collection across the ADRC Program since 2005.
The data in the NACC database is collected from ADRC participants, but non-ADRC researchers can also request access to use the NACC data collection forms for their own studies.
