March 3rd webinar on ehr data - header image

Date: Tuesday, March 3, 2026
Time: 3:00 - 4:00 pm ET / 12:00 - 1:00 pm PT

About this webinar: Explore how real-world electronic health record (EHR) data can be leveraged to characterize heterogeneity and improve outcome prediction in Alzheimer’s disease (AD). The first talk presents a GNN-based analysis of longitudinal EHR data to identify distinct sub-phenotypes of progression from MCI to AD, revealing substantial differences in conversion rates, demographics, and comorbidity profiles. The second talk demonstrates how integrating EHR data from different resources improves robust phenotyping, dynamic risk stratification, and prognostication of clinically relevant AD outcomes. These two talks highlight the potential of EHR data and advanced analytics to support precision medicine and guide timely interventions in AD.

  1. "Leveraging Electronic Health Records to Identify Progression Subphenotypes from Mild Cognitive Impairment to Alzheimer’s Disease" - Dr. Xu
  2. "Integrating ADRC and EHR data to advance precision medicine in AD"
